Oh my goodness! I now have just about every good pumpkin recipe I will ever need! We have sooooo many pumpkins. We have probably 50 cups of frozen pumpkin and now have 13 loaves of pumpkin bread in the freezer. (We already devoured two....) I have more pumpkins to bake and to freeze so I appreciate the recipes!
By the way, I also experiemented with mixing cooked pumpkin in with my mashed potatoes and they were delicious! Then the next day, I stirred in some cheese with the left overs and it was wonderful!
